Whether you want to lose some weight, tone up, feel fitter or look better, your exercise programme will be written specifically for you and there is always the option to do the daily and weekly workouts on the board too

If you travel with work and struggle sometimes to make a session, you can follow the workouts online, designed for no equipment and doing in your hotel room, no excuses!

Session sizes are for up to 6 clients at a time, so you get all the benefits of 1:1 training without the cost, in fact your sessions could work out at around £6-7 per session

You will never be bored, there are group workouts, fat burning, strength training, kettlebells, barbells, TRX , bosu balls, medicine balls and bodyweight workouts, all with thousands of variations

You will be pushed out of your comfort zone, encouraged to do a little bit more but just having you there, showing up and doing something is what counts. Together we support each other, we hold each other up, when feeling down, we listen when you’ve had a bad day and most importantly we laugh and don’t take ourselves too seriously

Wearing paint splattered bottoms and a t-shirt is more than acceptable attire
