Our fitness philosophy doesn't change if you are training with us in one of our Studios or at home via our website. Not only do we suggest the same type of equipment and exercise, our workout videos are all filmed in the Studio using real clients.

Studio

We currently have one Studio in Glasgow City Centre with plans to open another three in 2018. If you work in Glasgow you should come in for a chat, you can have a look around and take us up on a two week free trial to test drive all the sessions available on the schedule

Online

Not everyone can make it to the Studio, you might not live in Glasgow but still want to be active and eating properly. The exact same workouts, nutritional and success coaching is available through our website that we have in the Studio and you will receive lessons, homework, webinars and Skype calls to keep you motivated

Exercise should be challenging but it shouldn't be so hard that you don't come back. The first few sessions should be light and when you are ready you'll get a nudge to move it up a gear

So what makes up fitness? We believe it's the right balance of strength, fitness and flexibility but your goals will also define the personal programmes that are written for you

If you are looking to lose weight, a good programme focusing on the big muscle groups such as your legs, butt and back will help you lose the pounds and if you are looking to do some off road running, some balance work, ankle strengthening and plyometrics will improve fitness

But you don't need to worry about all that as we will do it for you. All you need to do is turn up
