The 90 Day Plan is a brand new programme from Fit Strong Females that can be completed as a Studio client or as an online client. The advantage of being a Studio client is that you will have a trainer giving you 1:1 instruction and the benefit of online is that you can work at your own pace.
90 Days is the perfect time to get results without giving up
A month or 30 days, unless it's extreme, won't get you the results that you want. 90 days might not either but it will get you closer than 30 or 60 or no days at all.
This is to be enjoyed and it's for you, not your family, your work colleagues, friends or partner, it's for you! It's your investment that you need at a time in your life when you feel all else fails or you don't know where to to start or turn to.
You've tried all the diets or the weekly Zumba class then got fed up, your hopes were raised that this would be the answer and you were left feeling like a failure, again.
I work with women over 40 and have trained thousands over the last 18 years. I know women, I'm one myself and I'm 48, I'm in your shoes and I don't want to be spending hours exercising or starving myself, so neither should you. It's amazing what some tweaks can make and if you follow this programme you will see results!
What's in it? It's an online programme that you can run from your phone app, you will get daily emails from me, sometimes more than one and there is a group chats, so you can all support each other. Let's look at the main areas...
Every day you will get a different 20 min workout. On day 30 and 60 you will get brand new workouts and a little bit harder. They are all bodyweight, so you don't need equipment and are aiming at building strength, fitness and yoga. You start from the beginning, if something is too difficult or easy, please let me know as I can easily vary the exercises for you. 100 women will not all have the same capabilities and I'm prepared for it.
Nutrition is based on habits, the way we eat and why, it's not a diet and there are no food restrictions but there are some challenges for you to meet your quota of the healthy stuff. Each week a recipe book will be added to your files. It's just suggestions of meals that suit the habit you are on, again it's not a diet. At the end of the 90 Days you will get a complete cookery book.
Most women are post natal, even if your kids are in their teens! You are still post natal. We are also pre menopause, menopausal or post menopause. All of this has a huge impact on our health and guess what? Nutrition and exercise can help prevent it. So I'll be dropping some of these lessons into your folders. I will be covering other success too, like how to successfully through the 90 Days!
You will receive coaching and support throughout the programme
However, some people like to train in person with someone i.e. at the studio with me. So, I've made up two main packages, one for studio training and one for purely online training
I've given two payment options for each, either pay in one instalment and make a good saving or pay over the three months.
