On Sunday it’s Mothers Day
If you are about to be a mum
or are already a new mum
one of the things you will be thinking about
is getting your body back in shape after the birth
Easier said than done…
Spending all your time looking after your wee bundle
and doing everything under the sun that now fits into the category ‘maternity leave’
You never get time to look after YOU
and even when you do find some time
you don’t really know what you should be doing
and local gyms and classes (if they will take you under the 6 months)
sound great but who looks after the baby?
This is an issue for many new mums
but I have a way to make life easier for you!
I run mum and baby sessions mid week, during the day
that allows you to bring the wee one(s) in with you
and not only do you get expert advice on getting your body back
I’m qualified to train you as soon as you’ve had the all clear at your 6 week check!
I train up to 6 new mums at a time
during their maternity leave
helping them get back to the fitness, strength and tone
they had before pregnancy
(I also train pregnant women right up to the birth)
The sessions are on at ‘quiet’ times in the Studio
meaning no one else will be training at that time
you have freedom to ‘feed’, relax and put yourself first
and exercise with other new mums
who are experiencing exactly what you are going through
