I know! I only managed one email last week!

It’s good to know so many of you miss them…

 

I’ve had a lot going on and I had a medication

increase which has left me a bit vacant and

kills my writers flow 🙂

 

I also have a new trainer, Jonny who has taken

over some evenings for me which means I get

more time to relax and work on other things

but initially I had some work to do to settle him in

 

Anyway, I’ve been working a project to get my

WeightLess programme available as an online

membership, so it’s suitable for everyone and not

just those that can make it to the Studio weekly

 

It’s nearly finished and I’ll be launching it on the

1st of March (Sunday)

 

WeightLess is different to any other weight loss

programme, it’s not a diet, you don’t cut any food

out and instead you change your eating habits

while focusing on getting more of the good foods

 

It’s  a way of improving your current diet

and once you’ve made it part of your life

it remains with you for life

i.e. not a diet you hop on and off

 

Going by the amount of emails I receive regarding

weight loss and what foods to eat, I think it’s

something that would benefit you all

 

It will be £25 per month

I bought a fridge and microwave for my office

recently to improve what I am eating

which has thrown up a few questions on whether

it’s safe to microwave food
