I struggled to write yesterday, I ended up with

about ten half written posts 🙁


Nothing seemed good enough to send, I’m

sure you have days like that too!


I ran out of one of my tablets at the weekend

and I’ve been feeling unsettled, so that might

have been it as I’m still brain dead but I pick

up a new prescription tomorrow


today I wanted to at least write something so

I thought that first I could remind you of the

yoga workshop on this Saturday


It focuses on shoulders and upper back, you

will get a full 90 min yoga class, an

assessment of your posture and any issues,

exercises to take away and do at home then

some relaxation to finish off

workshop I’m running next Tuesday from

5:30pm onwards


I decided that this year I would do a series

of talks and I’m calling them Tuesday Talks

which is a highly original well thought out

name for them 🙂


Next Tuesday will be the first one and I’ve

chosen ‘The Power of Habit’ as the subject


I’ll be explaining what a habit is and how to

change or create a new habit. Why habit will

beat diets every time and last longer, even

forever and how you can apply habit

principles to every area of your life


The talk is FREE and you can book it by
