Yoga and Pilates

 

Yoga on a Tuesday and Pilates on a Thursday lunchtime are perfect for getting away from your desk and re energising your mind and body. The Saturday morning yoga is a great way to start your weekend and the monthly yoga workshops, help you improve your technique and practice

'Stretch out, strengthen and tone your body'

YOGA is included in the lunchtime programme but can also be pay as you go at £5 per session. It's a 30 minute class but it's amazing what you can fit in a short period of time

Class starts at 12:15 or 13:15, suitable for beginners and we provide mats. You can book in using the Schedule (you will need to set up a log in and password) and you expect a flow or basic ashtanga type practice

We also have a Saturday morning yoga session at 10:30 - 11:30 which is £8 or £4 for members, each week is different and varies from flow, ashtanga to focusing on body parts like the hips.

Monthly yoga workshops are £40 or for members £20 and you can get further information from the workshop page

PILATES is included in the lunchtime programme but can also be pay as you go at £5 per session. It's a 30 minute class and again it's amazing what you can fit in a short period of time

The classical pilates style is taught by Sandra, our specialist pilates teacher who is not only an excellent teacher but has so much knowledge and experience of the body in regards to the movement of pilates
